Frequently we receive letters from patients or family members describing their experience and the care they receive at Northwest Medical Center. We look forward to these letters and the stories they tell about our how our employees, physicians and staff made their experience at our hospital unique and more personal. Whenever possible we share these letters with all of our staff and above all, with those mentioned in the letters. Our highest priority is delivering quality care and service to our patients and we want our staff to know when they are commended by our patients and families.
