Leah Bagwell CRNA receives ICARE Employee Award for 1st Quater 2021

Northwest Medical Center has transitioned through a period of turbulence and change. Individuals in great organizations step up at a time of need and demonstrate the highest level of resilience and dedication to the organizations, community, and commitment. Leah Bagwell is one of those individuals.
Leah took the lead when our Anesthesiologist was injured taking numerous call shifts above and beyond the “norm” under trying circumstances. She performed duties as the solo CRNA many days and performed those duties exceptionally.

Therefore, Leah was recommended for the ICARE award, which she so humbly deserves.
